- I am a PADI Certified Rescue Scuba Diver, and an Emergency First Response Instructor. Over the years I have developed an interest in underwater photography and exploration. I can still remember the first time I saw a Garibaldi off the coast of California. It was invigorating and awe inspiring. If you ask any diver who has had more than five dives off our coast they would probably tell you that they are annoying little things, however beautiful. I try on every dive to remember that feeling I had and use it to inspire every action I do while diving. Even though I am not the most graceful of all moving creatures, I have come to feel at home in the depths of our ocean and use it as a sanctuary when I need to reduce the stress of living in a big city.
